Bringing back the Field Notes, and it feels SO GOOD! Saw this quiet scene in the lobby of my building and everyone stared while I fired off a few frames. Nobody else appreciated the irony.

I take the subway back from work. It’s either too hot to walk, or I just want to get home and be home. Some days I feel like roaming, and a leisurely stroll back to 7S sounds perfect. Today was one of those days and on my walk home I stumbled upon this gem. The building was rimmed with the beautiful circular design, so I just stopped and documented. You have to love the detail.

Introducing Field Notes, Neighborhood Watch, and Narcissisms
If you don’t already know, I take my camera everywhere. Sometimes I’m lucky and come back with interesting stuff, and most of that stuff doesn’t fit into a larger story. Just because something doesn’t fit doesn’t mean it doesn’t belong. Doesn’t It? So I made some categories, designed icons, and made it fit.
